Reporta is based in London and founded by Alan, a structural engineer by trade. Through site visits, inspections and professional reporting, I realised how useful a faster photo-led reporting platform could be for many professionals.

Why Reporta exists

Reporta helps you turn photos and notes into clearer reports — saving minutes, and sometimes hours, on every job. Time is money, after all. The aim isn’t to replace the professional judgement of the person on site. It’s to remove the admin tax that sits between a great inspection and a great-looking report.

The tone of every report is cautious and professional. AI-assisted drafts give you a head start, but you stay in control of every observation, condition note and priority level before anything goes to a client.
