Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 20 June 2026
Agreement
By creating a Reporta account or using the Reporta service, you agree to these terms. Reporta is operated from London, United Kingdom.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Reporta accounts are for use by the named account holder and may not be shared.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Reporta only for lawful purposes and for legitimate inspection, condition reporting and related professional work. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that contains malicious code.
Your content & client data
You retain ownership of the reports, photos, observations and notes you create in Reporta. You grant Reporta the limited rights needed to host, process and display that content so the product can function, including generating shareable PDF and web versions of reports you choose to share.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photos or client data, and for handling that data in line with your own obligations under UK GDPR and other applicable law.
Secure share links & report delivery
Shareable report links and emails are issued at your request. Reporta provides the mechanism but cannot guarantee how, where or to whom the link is forwarded once it leaves your control.
AI-assisted drafts
Reporta uses AI to suggest observation drafts and markers from your photos. These are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving every observation before sending it to a client.
Service availability
We work to keep Reporta available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, change or remove features as the product evolves.
Account closure
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@reporta.uk. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Reporta is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
This is a plain-English summary suitable for an early-stage product and does not constitute legal advice. Reporta will refine these terms as the product grows.
